Nowadays, almost all kinds of professions and studies are being used for a long time. But health problems are being created due to not using computers in a healthy way.

What are the physical problems?

■ Sitting at a computer table for a long time and not having proper body posture puts additional pressure on the muscle, disrupting blood flow. This can cause neck pain, elbow pain, neck muscles tightening, shoulders and hand pain.

■ Frequent or additional computer operating can lead to elbow, wrist, swelling with joints, joints stiff, muscle weakened and weakened.

■ Headaches, eyesight, blurred vision, water fall etc. may also be created for the inconsistency of computer monitors and eyes distance.

What should be a chair and computer table

■ An ergonomics expert should be consulted before setting up any office.

■ The design of the seating chair will be where the neck is straight and back resting, waist or back support, the seating mattress is comfortable, there are convenient screws for adjusting the height of the chair, there will be a gap between the knees to the table and the feet will be on the ground or on the floor. The mouse and keyboard will be in the middle of the table, so that the elbow and hand are supported on the table.

Take a break every 1 hour for 5 minutes and take a short walk. Do some stretching exercises. Blood circulation in the muscle will be normal and the muscle will not be tired. For example

A) Hold the neck, right, left, front and back, hold tight for 5 seconds and release. Do this 3-5 times. It won't hurt.

B) Fold two hands straight and tightly. Hold for 5 seconds and release. Do this 1-5 times. The wrist and finger of the hand will relieve the pain.

C) Standing straight with your hands behind your waist as much as possible bow and bow straight again. Do this 3-5 times. It will stretch the muscles in your waist and will help you get rid of your waistline easily.
