Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) is accepting applications for postgraduate from Bangladeshi students. According to a notification on the website of the Ministry of Education of Bangladesh, HKBU School of Business will provide scholarships on a merit basis for September 2022 intake. The entire tuition fee may be waived under the scholarship. This year applications are being accepted from students from 39 countries. Bangladesh is also on the list. Under the scholarship, students will be able to enroll in a one-year postgraduate program.
If you want to be an actuary
The Department of Financial Institutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Bangladesh is providing scholarships to build the required number of actuaries in Bangladesh. Actuarial science is a subject based on mathematics and statistics. Actuaries work in various fields including insurance and financial institutions. These professionals explore the process of increasing business as well as reducing economic risk and risk of loss. Scholarships are being offered to those who wish to pursue a two-year postgraduate degree in Actuarial Science for higher education. Eligible candidates under the age of 40 and eligible for admission to the Masters's program in Actuarial Science at the Bayes Business School, University of London, City of the United Kingdom, may apply for the scholarship.
