The second time medical admission test examinee's 5 marks will be deducted from total achieved marks.
The Supreme Court's Appeal Division has postponed the decision of the High Court to suspend the decision to make merit list for the second time in the medical admission test for MBBS and BDS courses.
With this verdict, now the merit list will be made for the second time in the second year of admission test, by deducting five number from toal achieved numbers of the examinees.
A five-members Bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Abdul Wahhab Mia passed the order after a hearing on behalf of the Health Ministry on Wednesday.
