Primary Documents for scholarship application:
1. Online Application Form
2. Testimonial from present Head of the Institution
3. Attested all Academic Transcripts of educational life
4. Testimonial of Monthly Income Statement from chairman of UP or municipality mayor
5. Testimonial of Govt. Employee guardians salary from proper authority
6. Freedom fighters certificate for freedom fighter’s sons
7. Autistic Certificate for autistic applicants from District Social Service Office
8. Certificate of extra co curricular activities of students’ life if present.
Incomplete application will not be consider for the scholarship. Any decision of scholarship authority is the final.

Scholarship amount in Taka: 2500.00 BDT per Month.
