Government pre-primary schools will recruit 10,000 assistant teachers across the country. The Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) says that the process will be completed within three months to resolve the teacher crisis. The department has also been informed that the teachers' employment program has already begun.




At present, the decision to recruit assistant teachers for the newly recruited teachers of the pool-panel teachers has been decided. In the matter of recruitment, there has been a meeting in the DPE earlier this week. The meeting decided to resume the 2014 recruitment process.

Additional Director General of the DPE on recruitment Ramjan Ali said that the recruitment of suspended teachers in 2010 was started. The program will be completed in the next three months. This is the decision taken in the meeting this week. We have decided to remove the teacher crisis.

He said, according to the court order, we have completed the recruitment of the pool-panel teachers. It is not possible to appoint seven teachers as the age has passed. The matter we wrote to the court. As a result there is no other problem in recruiting teachers again.

He said that there are assistant teachers in the primary schools of the country. After this, the recruitment process will be started in the vacant seats after the suspended recruitment process.

According to the notification, the application began on 9 December 2014 and till 12 January 2015, the application process, there are about 1.2 million applications in 10 thousand seats. Later, the recruitment process was postponed due to the complexity of the case.

After that, the primary and mass education ministry decided to appoint all the teachers of the pool and panel. The ministry has ordered to complete the recruitment process of these teachers within the last 30 March. Based on this directive, the primary and education department has started collecting the list of vacant seats from all the districts and starting the recruitment process.
