Firstly, go to your nearest Mercantile Bank Branch. Ask someone where you will get the scholarship application form. Take the scholarship application form and come to your home.
Go to your Union Porishad Office (if you are a village student) or City Corporation Office (if you are a urban student). Take a testimonial where the heading will be "Income Certificate". Here it is will be written that your father's monthly income is something something.... Make sure that the income is below than 70 thousands per year. About 40 thousands per year income is a good idea.
Then make your all of your certificates and these photostat's copy. The documents should be attested by your teacher. If you have another certificates like as reward certificate, Govt. scholarship certificate, game certificate, do not forget to include these too.
