Five days Digital ICT Fair begins on Wednesday from the Computer City Center (Multi plan) in New Elephant Road in the capital city. This is the 9th edition of the fair.
In the slogan 'Digital Literacy for All' the fair will be organized till 11 February. These were told at a press conference organized by the National Press Club on Monday.
Tawfiq Ehsan, convener of Computer City Center and fair convener Toufiq Ehsan said, 650 IT companies will be taking part in the fair. The fair festival will feature children's illustrations, stars' participation and cultural programs.
Raffle draw will be held on the entry ticket. The ticket price is 10 taka. However, students will not get tickets. Acer, Dell, HP, Logitech and Extreme are the sponsors of Digital ICT Fair.
The fair will showcase the latest technology of world standard brands in Bangladesh and importers of ICT products importers and traders. There will be special discounts and attractive gifts in the fair.
On the occasion of the ceremony, Computer City Center will be held at Level 1, the welcome address of the incoming guests, officially inaugurated the fair by cutting the ribbons through National Music, Level 7, and honoring the martyrs in the Liberation War and Language Movement at level 7.
Apart from this, there are many arrangements for the festival of Pitta festival, cultural programs, raffle draws, on every floor. In the 10th February 10th, three groups of 3 to 12 year old will be taking part in the competition.
